17 Pounds and over 11 inches

I thought it would be fun to compare my Nov 4th pic to one taken yesterday wearing the same grey pants. Wow what a difference.  I love my PLEXUS PINK Drink. 

I have been sick since Wednesday with a severe sinus infection.  I still have been able to take my PLEXUS.  I am also making healthy choices.  Drinking alot of water to stay hydrated. 

I am feeling a bit better today and hope to add exercise into my routine tomorrow.  My goal is 8 more pounds and to have an ab six pack this summer. 

I have always been a little bit embarassed to go to the beach.  This year I am going to ROCK that swim suit two peace.

On Dec. 20th, I weighed in at 145 with 12 inches lost. Not only do I feel better, I have my self esteem back and my GROOVE that I lost. I can wear my lucky jeans again. My goal is 135 and to wear a bikini this summer. All I am doing is drinking the pink drink and I take an accelerator after breakfast, and another one about 2:30.  I started taking the BIO Cleanse on January 8th with tons of sucesss.

Why I started PLEXUS.

I am not sure if anyone will even read my blog, but here it goes.  I was thinking about starting PLEXUS for about a month.  I was very skeptical as I had tried so many fad diets, etc.  A fellow adopted Mom was selling and she reassured me.  I decided to try it for 30 days. 

I was depressed, weighed more that I had in 10 years at 160 pounds, my clothes were tight, I was eating all kinds of crap, I didnt care about my appearance, low self esteem, etc, no energy, not sleeping, IBS, and a bad attitude at work..  I figured I will either lose weight or have to buy a new wardrobe.  I purchased the preferred 30 day supply of PLEXUS Slim and Accelerator because it was the cheapest way to buy it.  I knew I could cancel the auto ship after 15 days if it didnt work.

I started on November 4th, 2013.  The first week was tough.  I had a stomach virus along with starting.  I really started feeling better after the second week.  I lost 8 pounds the first week.
